The International Level Personal Assessment Test (Thomas test) would be integrated in the portal to establish a base set of skills for the applicant.

  • Durable Design – Amicus chose the Adobe Flash, FLV, file format for video to allow compatibility with modern browsers
  • Open Source – Amicus chose Linux, because of it’s resiliency with the demands of video and the vast library of development tools. LAMP technologies also provided a reasonable price-point for the portal.
