A major multinational company sought to invigorate its global partner network across 130+ countries and 9 languages. The goal was to implement a multi-tier application that rewarded partners with virtual currency for sales and learning, facilitating redemptions via merchandise and reloadable cash cards.
We developed a sophisticated multi-tier application, serving as a central hub for partner engagement. Key features included a Partner Rewards Management System with complex business rules, tiered levels, points accounting, and expiry. It offered incentives for selling, learning and promotional activities. A comprehensive user management system supported distributors, resellers and client administrators.
The platform integrated with regional portals via SAML Single Sign-On, using Salesforce CRM as an Identity Provider. Deployed in 9 languages, it maximized global reach. It also integrated with an Expert Technical Sales team and an LMS with SCORM compatibility. SMS & Email gateways, a 24-hour multilingual help desk, and a global account management team ensured comprehensive support. The highly secure server cluster included a sandbox environment.
The application achieved over 44,000 page views per month from 130 countries, with approximately 200,000 sales data records loaded monthly via CSV. This robust platform significantly enhanced partner engagement and operational efficiency.
