We engineered a bespoke Loyalty Management Application, a central hub for partner engagement. Key features included API integrations with LMS, region-based business rules, BI integration, a multi-functional points reward system, multilingual CMS, multi-site administration, deep linking, and gamification.
The application demonstrated robust performance with approximately 10,000 monthly logins from 118 global locations. It handled 1,100 daily page views, efficiently pulling 12 million data points monthly from Websphere and 300,000 daily records from an FTP server.
The Loyalty Management Application delivered significant benefits: a 90% program participation rate, 12,095 educational modules completed (20% over target), and 1,287 certifications (38% over target).
